Dear yogis I know Iā€™ve only just written to you, but felt I needed to send you a love letter to welcome in October. October is here, another month arrives. How are you in this moment? How do you FEEL? When I send out these love letters to you itā€™s an opportunity for me to look at the previous month and to see how it made me FEEL? So as Autumn arrives, I take the time to feel into how I want to move into this season with intention and after the whirling energy of summer and being so busy my being wants to slow down. I have decided to have a new Autumn schedule where I make classes more affordable for everybody as I know how hard it is getting with price rises EVERYWHERE. I wanted to offer a donation based class online so it was accessible to everyone. Sometimes itā€™s difficult to leave the house when itā€™s rainy and cold outside so to access a class in the comfort of your own Warm home is something I wanted to offer. Please spread the word as I would like everybody to access Yoga without the worry of finances. Each week will have a different theme, contemplation and poetry to soothe the soul. Mondays are great day to practice yoga and start your week with intention and clarity which you can bring in to your week ahead. The weather looks incredible for the end of next week and onto the following week I will be offering an extra outdoor early morning yoga session on Monday, the 9 th of October at 7 am. As you can see from the photo above we saw the sunrise as we practised yoga and it felt amazing. We also swam after which I feel is the perfect combination to begin a day feeling alive yet calm. Come join us for the very last outdoor session of the season.

Flow through an energising morning yoga practice to prepare the body for the day ahead! Fun, carefully designed sequences of postures and pranayama (breathing exercises) to awaken the body, and refresh from a nightā€™s sleep. As the seasons change my energy changes - And I want to move slower I want to be less busy, less rushing from one thing to the next. My days sometimes feel like Iā€™m in a whirlwind of activity to get everything done. So this new season brings new intentions I want time to swim and to spend more time in nature, I want to read and sit in candlelight, I want to get my juicer out and make nutritious foods that are good for my body, I want to go to bed earlier and dream more.
